UNO Show No Mercy Cards Explained

UNO Show ’Em No Mercy (usually just called UNO No Mercy) has 168 cards — 60 more than classic UNO. Most of the extra cards are the ones that hurt. This page lists every card in the deck, how many there are, and exactly what happens when one hits the table on Duetly.

How many cards are in UNO Show No Mercy?

168. Each of the four colors (red, yellow, green, blue) has 36 cards, for 144 colored cards. The remaining 24 are wild cards. Compare that with classic UNO’s 108: 100 colored cards and 8 wilds.

Number cards (80)

Two of each number 0–9 in every color, 20 per color. Numbers match by color or by value like classic UNO — but two of them carry a rule.

  • 7 (8 in the deck): when you play a 7, you must swap your whole hand with a player of your choice.
  • 0 (8 in the deck): when you play a 0, every hand moves one seat in the current direction of play.

Colored action cards (64)

  • Skip (3 per color, 12 total): the next player loses their turn.
  • Reverse (3 per color, 12 total): direction flips. With two players left it acts like a Skip and you play again.
  • Draw Two (3 per color, 12 total): next player draws 2 — or stacks a Draw card of equal or higher value.
  • Draw Four (2 per color, 8 total): a colored +4. Unlike classic Wild Draw Four you may play it whenever the color matches. Stackable.
  • Discard All (3 per color, 12 total): play it and every other card of that color in your hand goes with it. Turn passes normally.
  • Skip Everyone (2 per color, 8 total): every other player is skipped and you take another turn immediately.

Wild cards (24)

  • Wild Reverse Draw 4 (8): choose the color, reverse direction, and the player now next in line draws 4 — or stacks.
  • Wild Draw 6 (4): choose the color; next player draws 6 or stacks a +6 or +10.
  • Wild Draw 10 (4): choose the color; next player draws 10 or stacks another +10. The most dangerous card in the deck.
  • Wild Color Roulette (8): you name a color. The next player keeps drawing until they draw that color. On Duetly the roulette stops the moment the color appears — it can be one card or a dozen.

Which cards stack?

Only the draw cards: Draw Two (+2), Draw Four (+4), Wild Reverse Draw 4 (+4), Wild Draw 6 (+6), and Wild Draw 10 (+10). You may answer a draw card with one of equal or higher value regardless of color. The first player who cannot (or chooses not to) continue draws the whole total. Skip Everyone, Discard All, and Color Roulette do not stack.

Cards that can knock you out

The Mercy rule eliminates anyone who reaches 25 cards. A single stacked chain of +10, +10, +6, +4 is 30 cards — enough to remove a player from a full hand in one shot. Color Roulette is the quiet killer: with no cap on how long it runs, a bad streak can push a mid-sized hand past 25.
